Honda CBR 250R Officially Released

The latest Honda CBR250R finally officially released, Wednesday (27/10), in Thailand. This motor certainly become rival of Kawasaki Ninja 250R.

Motor which will also appear in the arena Jakarta Motorcycle Show (JMCS) 2010 brings 150cc single cylinder engine 150cc four-stroke that capable of producing maximum power 26 bhp. Motor weight is 162 kg, this is lighter than the Kawasaki Ninja 250R which is 7kg.
Honda claimed CBR250R to consumes 13 liters of petrol for a distance of 346 km or one liter of petrol for a distance of 26 km.

Honda CBR 250R has a frame made of steel with conventional fork and comes with Pro-Link suspension. Disc brake Nissin with three-piston become a mainstay of maximum braking of this motor.

CBR 250R will also be equipped with PGM-FI technology, a fuel supply control system of electronic injection. Even the exhaust pipe has also been plugged catalyst as CO2 sensor.

Face of Honda CBR250R similar to Honda VFR1200F. However, the CBR250R look more sporty, assertive, and the colors of Honda Racing Championship (HRC) dominate this motor body, namely blue, white, red, and black.

Honda CBR250R which will be marketed starting in November 2010 sold for 100,000 baht, or about Rp 30 million.
